2. Bridlemile 

Bridlemile is one of the safest neighborhoods in Portland. Located in the West Hills of southwest Portland, it lies on the city’s outskirts, with parts in both the city and neighboring Multnomah County. The area offers a spacious, country-like atmosphere filled with greenery, nature trails, and parks, and The city is bordered to the south by Fanno Creek.
